Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking ID via SMS or email.
Enter the tracking number to see real-time updates from Delhivery.
If your tracking number shows no updates or returns an error, don’t worry — it may take 6–12 hours after dispatch for Delhivery to update the tracking information.
If the issue continues beyond 24 hours, please contact our support team and we will assist you immediately.
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:
Check with security, neighbours, or reception
Verify delivery address
Check if someone else accepted delivery
If still not found, contact us within 24 hours, and we will raise an investigation with Delhivery to resolve it quickly.
