1. The program
- The Healtine Partner Program is run by Pancha Tattva Skinveda Pvt. Ltd. It is free to join and does not require any purchase.
- Healtine reviews every application and may approve, decline or close an account at its discretion, giving a reason where possible.
- Partners earn commission only on genuine, completed customer sales. There are no rewards for recruiting other partners and no multi-level structure.
2. Tracking and attribution
- Each partner receives a unique referral link. A referral is stored on the visitor’s device for 30 days; the last eligible partner link clicked before the order is credited.
- Tracking can be prevented by browser, device or privacy settings. Healtine cannot credit orders that were not tracked.
- Where personal coupon codes are issued, an order is credited to the partner whose code is used, unless it was already attributed to a referral link.
3. Commission
- Approved partners start at 10% commission. Higher levels (Growth 12%, Pro 15%, Elite Ambassador 20%) are reviewed monthly on verified, delivered orders.
- Commission is calculated on the eligible product value the customer actually paid, after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Some products may have a different rate or a cap, shown in the dashboard.
- Commission becomes payable only after the order is delivered and the return and refund period has passed. Cancelled, returned, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent or self-referred orders earn no commission, and any commission already shown for them is reversed.
4. Payouts
- Payouts are made monthly, around the 15th of the following month, once the balance is at least ₹500, by UPI or bank transfer to details provided by the partner.
- PAN and payout details are collected only when needed for payment and tax purposes and are visible only to authorised staff. TDS and other taxes are applied as required by law.
- Each payout shows its date, amount, status and transaction reference in the dashboard.
5. Marketing guidelines
- Clearly disclose the relationship in every post, for example with #Ad, #Affiliate or #Partnership, in line with ASCI guidelines.
- Do not make false, exaggerated, medical or guaranteed-result claims, such as promising to cure acne or remove pigmentation. Healtine products are cosmetics.
- Do not impersonate a dermatologist, give medical advice, or use fake testimonials, fabricated reviews or misleading before-and-after images.
- Do not bid on the Healtine name in paid search, create unofficial brand pages or accounts, spam, or advertise discounts Healtine has not approved.
6. Code of conduct
- Be honest with your audience: share your real experience and remind them that results vary.
- Never order through your own link, create fake orders or manipulate referrals.
- Respect customer privacy and never misuse customer data.
- Gifted products never require a positive review and are separate from commission agreements.
7. Suspension and changes
- Healtine may suspend an account or withhold commission for breaking these terms, telling the partner the reason and how to appeal.
- Healtine may update rates or terms with notice in the dashboard or by email; changes apply from the next commission period.
