1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

A return or replacement request will be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered (wrong item received)
  • Damaged, defective, leaked, or tampered product at the time of delivery
  • Packaging damage—visible breakage, leakage, or tampering on arrival

Any request that does not fall under the above categories will not be eligible for return, replacement, or
refund.

2. Timeline for Reporting an Issue

Customers must report product-related issues within 48 hours of delivery. Requests received
after this period will be marked as ineligible.

Mandatory proof includes:

  • Unboxing video (continuous, unedited recording)
  • Clear images of:
    • The product
    • Inner & outer packaging
    • Shipping label

Without valid proof, we will be unable to accept the return or replacement request.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards, the following items cannot be returned
or refunded:

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed products
  • Claims based on personal dissatisfaction (fragrance, texture, or perceived results)
  • Skin reactions due to self-diagnosed allergies or incorrect usage
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or packaging not affecting product performance
  • Requests raised after the 48-hour reporting window
  • Requests submitted without valid unboxing video and images

4. Refund Processing

Once your request is investigated and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method only
  • If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped within 5–7 business days

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The product was defective, leaked, or damaged on arrival

For approved return cases, Healtine will arrange a return pickup wherever serviceable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched:

  • Cancellation will not be possible
  • The standard Return & Refund Policy will apply

7. Liability

Healtine is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect usage or misuse of products
  • Self-diagnosed allergies or reactions
  • Results that vary based on skin type, lifestyle, or environment
