We currently deliver products across India to most pin codes covered by our courier partners.
Service availability may vary based on your exact location and local courier network.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it goes through a processing phase before dispatch:

  • Order Confirmation: Instant confirmation via email/SMS (where applicable).
  • Processing Time: Typically 1–2 business days from the date of order.

Orders are processed only on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or
public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote / Interior Locations: 7–10 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors like weather, festivals, courier workload, local
restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any free shipping offer,
minimum order value benefits, or promotions will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.

Note: Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • An incorrect product was delivered
  • The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared with you via email/SMS (where

Our courier partners generally attempt delivery two to three times. If you are unavailable during
delivery attempts:

  • The order may be returned to our warehouse if not accepted within the allowed attempts or time.

In cases of repeated non-acceptance or wrong address information, re-shipping may be chargeable.

7. Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery

It is your responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of placing the order.
We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Repeated refusal of delivery

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we may charge additional
shipping fees to re-ship the order.

  • Pandemic-related lockdowns or containment zones

9. Damaged, Leaked, or Tampered Packages

If you notice that the outer package is open, damaged, leaking, or tampered at the time of
delivery, please:

  • Do not accept the parcel, or
  • Accept it only after recording a clear unboxing video

For any damage/defect/leakage claims, our
Return & Refund Policy will apply, and a proper unboxing video and images will be mandatory.

10. International Shipping

At present, orders placed on www.healtine.com are delivered only within India. International
shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned otherwise on the website.
