A Deep Conversation with Founder & CEO — Vivek Raosingh Nagvanshi

Interviewer: Vivek, before Healtine became a brand, before the formulations, before the

testing — who were you? Where did this journey begin?

Vivek: My journey began in a small village called Raysingha, in the Motihari district of Bihar.
Growing up there teaches you resilience without anyone explaining the word to you.
You understand hard work early. You understand patience. And you develop hunger

hunger to build something bigger than your circumstances.

Twelve years ago, I moved to Delhi. Delhi changed my exposure completely.
It showed me how brands are built, how premium positioning works, and how perception shapes value.
But it also showed me confusion — especially in skincare.
That confusion stayed in my mind for years.

Skincare had become overwhelming. And that is where the seed of Healtine was planted.

 

Interviewer: What kind of confusion did you notice?

Vivek: Young Indians were overwhelmed.
Every week a new ingredient trend.
Every influencer giving different advice.
Every brand claiming revolutionary results.

People were constantly asking:
Can I mix this with that?
Is 10% too strong?
How many actives should I use?

And I kept thinking — why should someone study chemistry just to take care of their skin?
We don’t study every ingredient inside medicines.
We trust experts.
Skincare should empower people, not stress them.

 

Interviewer: If you had this vision early, what delayed the launch?

Vivek: Life tested me.
Financial challenges.
Personal responsibilities.
Situations that were not in my favor.

For five years, I fought quietly.
There were days of doubt.
Moments when quitting would have been easier.
But I never gave up.
Instead of rushing, I prepared.

I studied Indian skin types deeply.
Understood acne patterns among young Indians.
Researched pigmentation caused by pollution.
Analyzed dehydration and barrier damage.
I didn’t want to launch fast. I wanted to launch responsibly.

 

Interviewer: What makes Healtine different from other skincare brands?

Vivek: Most brands sell ingredients.

Vivek: Before asking anyone to trust Healtine, we ensured it deserved trust.
We conducted dermatologist testing, clinical testing, stability testing, and safety testing as per IS 4011:2018 cosmetic standards.
Testing was done at an independent clinical research centre.

But beyond certifications, we personally used the formulations for six months before finalizing them.
If I could not confidently apply it on my own skin, it would never reach the market.

Interviewer: What does Healtine mean to you personally?

Vivek: Healtine represents five years of silent struggle.
